I returned home from London after more than 10,000 hours of personal training. I started training with bodybuilding at the age of 16, and I tried many different sports, but weight training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which I learned in Portugal, were the ones that stayed with me all the time.

In 2001, I started to deal with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitively. I soon realized that I could play this sport even more effectively with combinations of sport-specific strengthening and endurance exercises. Not incidentally, this form of training keeps you extremely lean and in shape, not only in shape. This is where I get ideas for my training sessions with my clients, as well as traditional barbell exercises next to. Thanks to the preparation for the competitions, I learned about increasing muscle mass, metabolic training, functional high-intensity anaerobic training methods and, by the way, diets, which I now use in my clientele.

What do I believe in? For me, just one muscle is not worth much by itself, the whole ‘package’ is made up of all the players moving or stabilizing together. My clients get a beautiful, aesthetic body with a muscular, flat stomach if they follow my advice. You don’t have to be a martial artist to train like this.

For me, the search for health and a sporty lifestyle have been in focus for as long as I can remember. I went to the sports department, regularly competed in the pentathlon, in a team. I started fitness at the age of 15, then only in the high school gym that smelled of iron and sweat. I haven’t looked back since, the peak was the 2 years when I was able to learn Olympic weightlifting at Middlesex in London In university. Of the university modules there, it was the NASM Correctional Trainer course that determined my career and specialization after 2010.

Even after university, the hard training remained, but it was transformed, now I looked at body shaping and training more comprehensively, in my own training I used elements of weight lifting and combined them with tasks requiring speed and skill. Making a name for myself. My group classes no longer revolved around heavy weights, but were replaced by high-intensity, American Cage Fitness classes.

What do I believe in? I think that it is not right for most people to completely cut out carbohydrates and fats for weight loss, or to fast, because then they find that after that, they gain the pounds back again, because there is no long-term strategy behind it. I don’t believe in fad diets either, but I know from scientific literature and experience that to restore the intestinal flora, intermittent fasting (14:10, 16:8) and Mediterranean-type diets many respond well. These can be used in combination or even individually to restore hormonal problems. I also believe that women should also lift weights so that their bodies and figures can really shape up.

My husband Tamas, who is also ‘big’ in correctional work, and I also agree that it is extremely important to make people fall in love with exercise, so that they move with pleasure. And we have the tools for this.

Sports and exercise have been part of my everyday life since childhood. I competed in pentathlon for 7 years. To this day, I consider it important to always set new sporting goals for myself. Therefore, since 2019, I have been a swimmer certified by the Hungarian Senior Swimming Association. For me, sports and exercise give me joy and freedom. My studies were also accompanied by a love for sports. I graduated from the Szynergia Business Vocational School as a personal trainer and head of a children’s exercise program.
I have become a lover of functional training and TRX, I like to vary the functional exercises according to everyone’s fitness level. I look forward to my training sessions for those who do they feel they want to incorporate movement into their everyday life with a coach who pays attention to them and helps them bring out their inherent strength.

What do I believe in? I believe that everyone can find themselves in sports and exercise. My goal is that whether you take part in personal training or a group class, you will learn how to control your body during tasks, enjoy training and love to move. Sports have been an integral part of my life since childhood. I tried many things, from soccer to basketball, then came judo, but then what really caught my attention was boxing. It has been in my life for more than 12 years, and I have been a stable member of the national team for 6 years. My ambitions are high, and I am still actively competing.

In addition to boxing, the other sport I prefer is functional training, with which you can increase your strength and endurance in a sport-specific manner, as well as gain “useful” muscles and fitness, and your stress tolerance increases so that you can withstand the mud better in everyday life. I would like to pass on the knowledge I have gathered from renowned sports professionals to my guests, so that they too feel the feeling of liberation and also change aesthetically when doing barbell / own body weight exercises.

I started gymnastics at the age of 7 in Kiskunhalas, I went to the gymnastics class, which I really liked, and later I also participated in gymnastics competitions.
Then modern dance came into my life, which accompanied me for a long time, it was a great love. Aerial yoga was supposed to replace this in 2017.

In 2019, I graduated as a Fitness Instructor and then as an Aerial Yoga instructor, a few months later I was already employed at the Aerial Sports Academy in Budapest, where I taught Aerial Yoga, Yoga Wheels, Air Jump Bungee Workout and Hatha Yoga classes. I learned and developed a lot during this time teaching 4 types of lessons at the same time.
I also held my dynamic and strengthening yoga and stretching classes at Crossfit and at summer dance camps.

At the moment I use yoga wheels in my classes, I like that it moves every muscle thoroughly, but the best part is that almost everyone is shocked experience how much deeper you can stretch with the help of the yoga wheel that provides support.

My goal every time is for my guests to get to know their own limits and cross them.

Sports have been a part of my life since I was a child. I started swimming when I was three years old, after 10 years of playing water polo at the national team level, I entered the Bodybuilding world, where I competed in the Bikini Fitness category for almost 5 years. In this sport, my most outstanding achievements were the 4 Hungarian championship titles. I really liked the gym training, but after 4 years I feel that I want to help people even better, more professionally, so that they not only become muscular but also improve their quality of life, so I switched 2 years ago for functional training. First
here I really felt that this is my path! Last year, I also got a taste of the world of Cross Fit, which has been an integral part of my everyday life ever since.

When my lady clients became pregnant, I became very interested in pregnancy as a condition and as a biological process. In 2021, I completed the Kismama gymnastics instructor training. I taught various group classes: Amazon training, Children’s gymnastics, Maternity gymnastics, Trx, Circuit training. Besides him, my personal trained guests also remained.

What do I believe in?: “Just in body, just in soul.”

My motivation in being a coach is to give people much more than a workout. I am part spiritual support and part professional. For me, success is when I see the joy on my guests’ faces when they come down to the room and start training. I think the most important thing as a coach is to make people’s everyday lives easier and improve their quality of life in the best possible way!

Since I was a high school student, it has been important for me to maintain health through proper nutrition and to convey this to people. During my university studies, it was proven that nutrition plays a major role in the prevention of many diseases. In the course of my work, I consider it important that the people I give advice to are open-minded, accept it and incorporate it into their everyday lives. During my career so far, I have been fortunate to assist Dr. Tamás Tóth, who also tries to show people the right way in terms of nutrition and from whom I have learned a lot during this time. I had the opportunity to write articles about proper nutrition, which were published, among other things, on the Ridikül online portal,

What do I believe in?

I believe in moderation, I believe that the consumption of certain foods is not forbidden, the focus is only on the right time and quantity.

I’m not a fan of different fad diets, I believe that everyone can find something for themselves proper nutrition. We ourselves learn what our body needs, which foods make us gain or lose weight, and which are the raw materials that we can replace with other foods so that they fit into our diet/lifestyle.

If training alone did not bring results, it is worth contacting a dietician. The diets shared by us are primarily for healthy people, in the Weight Loss and Maintenance Diet we have paid attention to the size of the carbohydrate portions, so that it can also help people with minor blood sugar problems to keep their blood sugar in balance.

Let the dietician testify balanced guidelines and don’t see the diet world in black and white. In the person of Noémi, I met a dietitian who has great empathy and imagines herself in the client’s shoes, she will not impose something on someone that is light years away from her own vision! Consultation process with Noémi Nagy-Kerezsi:
