A Few Notes About Your Class
We kindly ask that you always wear appropriate workout clothing and shoes during sessions. Your outfit should be comfortable and breathable.
Please bring a towel and water bottle with you. You can refill your bottle at the reception.
If you feel unwell during class, please notify the instructor immediately, fruit sugar is available at the desk.
A Few Notes About Your Pass
If you’ve purchased one of our unlimited passes, your progress and body composition will be regularly monitored. Please keep track of your scheduled or upcoming assessments. Set a reminder for yourself and let us know when your next check-in is due.
For accuracy, body composition measurements should be done around the same time of day.
Please arrive well before your class if you’re scheduled for a measurement — so your trainer has time to complete it without delaying the session. If several people arrive at once, measurements may be briefly interrupted.
You can track your pass expiration date and remaining sessions through the Wellnesgates booking system.
You can book your classes via fit360fitness.hu/foglalas using the password we generated for you at the time of purchase.
Please always check in upon arrival, and only go to the changing room after you’ve registered — unless your trainer confirms they will check you in.
Passes may be extended once a year by up to 3 weeks due to illness please write to fit360fitness@gmail.com.
Health & Safety
We believe that most forms of physical activity play a key role in preventing and improving health conditions, but in certain cases, we may advise against specific classes, ask for medical clearance, or state that we cannot take responsibility if you attend a session against our recommendations.
Class Cancellation Policy
Remember: you can cancel your class up to 2 hours before the start time at lunchtime and in the evening and 1 hour prior to morning classes. Cancellations must be made via the Motibro platform, within your own profile – not through your trainer. If you don’t cancel in time, one session will automatically be deducted from your pass or your Booking ticket will be used as a collateral to the uncanceled booking. For unlimited pass holders who miss 3 booked sessions within the same month without canceling in time, we will only be able to offer single-use passes when renewing.
This is not a permanent exclusion – it simply means a short pause in unlimited eligibility until your bookings become consistent again.
In highly specific cases — such as unexpected protests, roadblocks, or natural events — we may manually add a session back to your pass if you’re on a session-based plan. However, the system will still automatically deduct one if the class wasn’t cancelled in time. Our Trainers won’t be able to add back classes to your membership they don’t have the eligibility to do so.
Pass Cancellation Policy
Passes are non-refundable, except in the case of a serious medical condition that prevents you from attending all classes for over 6 months. In this case, your cancellation request must be supported by a written statement from a medical specialist.
The refundable amount will be adjusted by deducting the value of sessions already used, excluding any promotional bonuses or discounts previously added to your package.
A 10% administrative and materials fee will also be charged.
As an alternative, your pass can be transferred to another person or converted into a different service.
Thank you for choosing to train with us!
